As the Founding Member of Linden Law PLLC and a former Executive Shareholder at GrayRobinson, P.A., Neil has built a distinguished career representing businesses, professionals, and individuals in complex litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
Neil's practice focuses on business and commercial disputes, corporate, partnership, and LLC conflicts, real estate matters, franchise disputes, healthcare-related litigation, and consumer disputes. He is widely recognized for his practical judgment, strategic approach, and ability to guide parties toward efficient and effective resolutions—whether serving as counsel, arbitrator, mediator, or expert witness.
Throughout his career, Neil has handled a broad spectrum of high-value and complex matters involving corporate governance, shareholder and partnership disputes, intellectual property, employment litigation, franchise law, electronic discovery, banking and finance, commercial real estate, construction, and insurance defense. His experience includes numerous multimillion-dollar disputes, earning him a reputation for delivering thoughtful, business-minded solutions in even the most challenging cases.

Neil earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1973 after graduating with honors from the University of Florida in 1969. He is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
